Stahlschmidt Executive Services  (S.E.S.)

Traditional full-service consulting houses can and do serve a valuable and an important purpose. However, unlike traditional consulting companies that identify problems and formulate solutions, S.E.S. goes beyond this paradigm by implementing our solutions through tailored executive management services to our clientele, as and when required.

A further difference to the traditional consulting house is the S.E.S. “performance on demand” philosophy, whereby we often underwrite our management engagements with remuneration structures paid out in part, or even entirely, on a success fee basis in cash or stock.

S.E.S. specializes in market entry, crisis management and matters of corporate diplomacy.

Today, S.E.S. only accepts engagements that assist our clients and that are in line with our family’s philosophy of doing well (financially) while doing good (for our environment and communities at large).

S.E.S. has had engagements in the steel; traditional and renewable energy; infrastructure, e-commerce; and real estate industries. It is Stahlschmidt’s policy not to disclose details about active engagements and only those of past clients who have provided express permission or where such information is already in the public domain.
